FAU Center for Online & Continuing Education offers various services to assist with continuing education programs. We provide a market analysis to identify potential top-performing courses and analyze student and labor demands. We also offer budget assistance, including budget approval, implementation, financial reporting, and marketplace set-up. Our CRM system allows for customer and prospect information storage, tracking of interactions, enrollment, and invoicing. Instructional design services are also available for innovative content delivery strategies. We can help identify grant opportunities that align with continuing education offerings.

The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) is a Federal Law that protects the privacy of student education records. As such, releasing of education records to parents or third parties is generally prohibited without the student's specific consent to release the information.

Student Accessibility Services and Accommodations for Continuing Education students:

If you are an individual with a disability and need accommodations please complete the Application for Support Services and submit with documentation of your disability to mshaw@health.36837a.com. Student Accessibility Services (SAS) will process the application and contact you to discuss your accommodation needs. SAS requires that this information be provided at least two weeks prior to the beginning of your Continuing Education Course, so that there is sufficient time to set up the accommodations requested.
